ORDERING & DELIVERY

In stock online orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Made to Order items please allow 6-8 weeks, we will keep you informed and notify you on time frame.

 

All UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail 'First Class signed for' or 'Special Delivery' service, dependent on the Jewellery and order value. Please be aware that all deliveries will require a signature, so please bear this in mind when giving your delivery address. For International orders Royal Mail ‘International Signed For’ or 'Special Delivery' will be used.

PACKAGING

All jewellery will arrive individually packaged in custom grey Adrienne Wroath logo boxes ready for gift giving and will include a personal thank you note and business card. If you would like the note to include a little personal message, please 'add note' on the checkout page when placing your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope that you love your new Adrienne Wroath treasure! But if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note - this must be done within 14 days of purchase providing that the item has not been worn, is in perfect condition, in its original packaging and is not one of our non-refundable items.

 

If you wish to make a return please contact us before returning anything. If you are posting the item back to us, we recommend that you use insured special delivery as we will not be responsible for loss in transit. Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable. Always retain the proof of posting.

NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS

We regret that in compliance with the current UK Health and Hygiene regulations, we cannot accept the return of pierced items. All items exempt from both the refund and exchange policies, unless they are structurally faulty, are listed below:

RESIZING

​

When ordering rings and jewellery online it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. We recommend that you have your finger sized in at least 2 high street jewellers, or better yet pop into our Newport shop and get measured! New and unworn rings and jewellery can be resized at an additional cost.
