Each piece of jewellery is hand-made by me with love and care in my studio on the Isle of Wight. Orders are often made to order so please allow 5-10 days for your order to be made and posted.

Shipping

UK Shipping is £6.00 Royal Mail / First Class Recorded (signed for) - Aims to be delivered in 1 day. A signature is required. Package is Insured.

For international shipping upgrades please contact via email prior to purchase and wait for confirmation and revised invoice/item listing with adequate shipping.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

Secure payments & transactions

Paypal transactions & accounts

You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Paypal can be just used for paying through securely. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Return Policy

Exchanges/Credits are accepted until 14 days after item is received and only with prior appointment or notification. Unfortunately I am unable to except returns on Earrings due to hygiene reasons. In the event of an exchange/credit, the customer is responsible for shipping costs (delivery confirmation, etc) involved in the returning of the item.
